Our half day employability workshops are provided to help young people get into work and to adjust to their new working status in a supported manner.
Courses available:
We are happy to build a course comprising one or more of the above sessions, as you choose. We can also tailor-make any course to suit your own candidates, so please discuss your needs with us.
SQA Centre
We are an SQA registered centre and offer additional courses on Core Skills (Communication, Numeracy, Information Technology, Problem Solving and Working with others), PC Passport (Beginners and Intermediate), Finance & Accounting, . Please enquire for further details.
Delivery
With the exception of PC courses which are only delivered at our offices, workshops can be held in our offices around Ayrshire, or at your own premises, or a centre of your choosing. Typically, two trainers/facilitators would be on hand to manage the day, although in some circumstances, additional workers will be on site for all (or part) of the workshop.
Costs
The cost is for our trainers’ time, and if the course is in our office, includes refreshments (but not lunch). Each workshop costs £375, or for two delivered on the same day at the same venue we discount to £695, irrespective of number of attendees. Also included are any handouts and consumables used on the workshop.
Number of Participants
Typically we restrict each course to a maximum of 10 people to enable full participation. For PC courses, numbers are restricted by the number of PCs available in each of our offices, which may vary from time to time; please enquire about current status.
Individually designed courses
If you want us to design and deliver a specific course tailored for your own needs, we charge the same daily rate plus a one-off £500 design charge.
